 Playa Pilar can be reached by taxi or bus from hotels in Cayo Coco and Cayo Guillermo. About a 45 minute drive one way (by taxi) from Cayo Coco, but closer from Cayo Guillermo.

 Also there is a 'Local Bus' starting from Cayo Coco and stopping at most major hotels to Playa Pilar, 5CUC return per person from Cayo Coco.
