To give you an idea of just how magnificent this Park is, Mount Rainier was made the fifth National Park in the U.S. Almost every hike is worth your while. In the summer, if you want to drive right up to the subalpine meadows, check out Paradise and Sunrise. There are numerous hikes in these spectacular wildflower meadows. For a longer hike try Summerland from the White River entrance or Indian Henry's on the west side. Mount Rainier gets millions of visitors each year, so stay on the trail and enjoy!
