Visiting Gettysburg, PA

The town of Gettysburg is steeped in the history of the Civil War. The Gettysburg National Military Park's grassy fields were once soaked in the blood of 51,000 American soldiers during a battle that led to Union victory, and the Gettysburg National Cemetery was the site of Abraham Lincoln's famous Gettysburg Address. The town itself is made up of houses, hotels and taverns dating back several centuries, making it a popular location for Civil War reenactments and ghost tours.
