Room was not vacuumed, dusted, blanket had black spots on it; BUGS; no hot water at 5:45AM. Complaint about no hot water was responded to by: "ALREADY?" The owner knows about issues and has not...more

Arrived around 5pm to 6 pm the deskclerk was polite and friendly. Room wasn't ready, not even touched by housekeeping had to stand out side in the blistering heat untill housekeeping cleaned the room....more
