We chose this hotel because of the great reviews on trip advisor and were not disappointed. All of the staff without exception were polite and helpful (and brilliant with our children aged 3 and 6). ...more

We found the staff to be unfriendly at this hotel. While in Mallorca we stayed at 5 different hotels and the people here were by far the least helpful. Meals were okay, but nothing too spectacular....more
