I attended an annual dinner in the Garden Room, as I have done for the past ten years, and the service was dreadful. There were no serving staff on duty, and we were left for 45 minutes after sitting...more

Don't criticise this place, don't ask politely for anything from the staff at all. When we went for lunch and were treated extremely badly we wrote to complain, the "duty manager " was even more...more
