The rooms are nice, the concierge and front desk staff are helpful, after that things go done hill. Room service doesn't pick up and eventually calls back by which time you've passed out from...more

For Palm Beach its cheap, good situation, great bar . BUT hotel in dire need of renovation. Dirty rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Its a motel not a hotel. more

Tasting-menu sized portions even if you order a la carte. Pretentious service that would not be adequate at Denny's. If they were anywhere other than The Breakers, they'd be closed. more
