booked online and after a 6 hour drive they overbooked themselves and had no rooms. confirmation didnt mean anything. had to drive an hour to find another hotel. poor service more

The most poorly managed hotel I have ever stayed at. Poorly trained staff who were rude and unhelpful. The pool area was dirty and the hottub had a large ring of scum in it. There was a party in...more
