Wonderful hosts and Jack is a great cook. On our first day we had a dolphin in front and you can feed the barracuda under the dock. The cabs may be the cheapest in the world; at least my world so...more

Bocas Yoga has to be the best yoga studio in all of Panama, if not Central America! The studio is intimate, but very well equipped with good mats, blankets, eye pillows, etc as well as both ceiling...more
