On the plus side, the hotel has an outstanding location, right on the lakeside on the edge of the village. There is a large floating dock with seating where you can enjoy a drink along with the view....more

ここも日月潭観光ルートでついでに行ける観光地のひとつで、ツアー参加だとルートに組み込まれているか微妙な場所です。園内は広い敷地ですが、周りは閑散とした山の中なのでこれから観光地化していく途上の様な場所です。 元々は陶芸場で長さが30メートルくらいあるレンガの窯が蛇のように見えることから「蛇窯」と呼ばれているようです。 中で作業している人を間近で見学できたり、陶芸体験もできるようでしたが、時間に限りがあったためほとんど素通りでした。 園内には様々な陶芸品やかつての九二一地震で被災した様子などを展示していました。 また施設に入るまでの沿道にお土産さんが並んでいますが、売り込みが激しいです！ more
