This was a very Japanese expereince- we encountered only one other Westerner on the entier trip to Kusatsu - an Austrailan bellhop who disappeared after check in only to mysteriously reappear two days...more

Some staff can speak simple english to me and very polite, traditional Japanese style room, with a free Hot Spring a good trip stay in Kusatsu I hope i can visit this again more
