The price cost ratio is the worst I have ever seen. I checked 4 other Hotels in or near the city center of Tula. All of them were much better (normal 4 Star standard) for the same price or a little...more

We stayed here for for three nights. The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It is about two blocks from the tram line or one could take a taxi, We stayed here to see the...more
