Ipoh is not a town with incredible choices of 5 star hotels. Most are mediocre. I have stayed at Heritage, Syuen, Excelsior, Casuarina and even had a glimpse into the rooms at Regalodge. All of these...more

Gua Tempurung is actually not in Ipoh but rather in Gopeng, a small town about 15-20 mins away. It's a limestone cave with some large chambers and nice limestone formations. There are 4 tours you...more
