The Kaspiy hotel in Dnepropetrovsk is indeed a hidden gem. I've been to Dnepr 4 times and have stayed at both the Kaspiy and at the Grand Ukraine. The Kaspiy is much newer, looks only a few years old....more

the hotel looks wonderful when you step inside, but when you see your room your are frustrated. Small and old bathrooms, which were even dirty. The room itself looked loveless. Partial furniture. more
