The hotel staff were were friendly, efficient and helpful. (The porter would always get your bags and the door) The gym and pool facilities were old but clean and usable, and go visit the spa!...more

I hotel is clean and offer quite a good spread for the buffet breakfast. It is about 5-10min walk from the hotel back gate to the Nagoya shopping mall as well as the major spa and massage...more

We are American, living in Singapore. From our perspective, this hotel is not a good value whatsoever. Upon arrival, the front desk sells me on an upgrade to include the breakfast buffet each...more
