Maybe Shenzhen itself made the hotel seem less appealing than it should have been. It was all just OK and I had paid a very good rate using some Agoda credit points so that made it even more OK ....more

I stayed at Kempinski for 3 weeks, while looking for an apartment in Shenzhen. When your at a hotel for that long, it can get uncomfortable and you will start to see the inconsistencies in service. ...more

We stayed a week and could not fault this hotel. If your finances permit stay on the 6th floor in the main hotel. The room is superb, the service impeccable and the golf wonderful. A minor language...more
