Don't expect to take a taxi to the train station to catch the first train from Cuenca to Madrid. It leaves the station at 7;10 am and no taxis are working that early in the morning. Spain doesn't...more

i have visited cuenca in summer and winter and think it is a real hidden gem of spain. the old town is entirely breathtaking with wonderful architecture and spectacular reviews. there is lots to see...more
