I wouldn't waste your time visiting Sassari. It's a dump and there is nothing to to do. Go to Alghero instead. It is much nicer! more

Not a nice place at all, very dirty and nothing to see. Not worth visiting whilst in Sardenia. Alghero is lovely though more
