Stayed for three days on a conference. Room stank of smoke (not the hotel's fault I suppose, but couldn't open the windows and the air con didn't zap it.) Bring ear plugs to deafen the constant...more
Although situated in a convenient location, the standard of service here is atrocious. I was greeted at Reception with the comment that they were too busy to deal with me and that I'd have to wait....more
