after our company paid big bucks for our christmas party,were were treated like crap!!!!! the customer service was terrible,wouldnt hurt the staff to smile. the rooms were dark and filthy,the bed...more

It is dirty, the employees are rude and customer service leaves alot to be desired!!! The clientele are the lowest of low. I was approached by a drunken man outside who was a guest of the Martin Arms....more
