The staff in general were okay but had little idea about customer service. Management weren't much better. Otherwise, the Hotel is adequate, the rooms were clean and it is well located. more

We only stayed one night at the Painted Turtle. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Perfect kitchen. Everything you need for a perfect stay. more
