Climbers enjoy dreamlike rock formations like the Old Woman and the Hidden Valley. Campers can stay in any of nine campgrounds in the park, or go backcountry camping, following park regulations.

This is a landscape like no other I have seen. Forests of Joshua tree between gigantic piles of rocks. A landscape which is not inviting, but amazingly intriguing. The view from Key View is...more

Joshua Tree was a very nice day out and a chance to see a lot of wildlife in its natural habitat. The view from Keys Point is superb (and probably even better on a clear day!). Plant life is varied...more
