This is the best BYOB restaurant in Parsippany. The Chef is amazing, he is also very nice always comes out of the kitchen to make sure the customers are pleased. Get the Pork Chop.....it is to die...more

Have been to Tortuga a few times now, with the same great results every time. The free salsa and chips is excellent (tangy and has a kick) the carne esada is to die for, and the ribs in the chipotle...more
