奄美大島の南部・瀬戸内町古仁屋の中心地にあるビジネスホテルです。「男はつらいよ」のリリーさんの家がある加計呂麻島に近く、ロケ隊の宿泊場所となり、ロビーには写真やサインが所狭しと飾られています。 一見古い感じのするホテルですが、中は広くて清掃も行き届き、満足できました。朝食は一般的な内容ですが、彩りのよい盛り付けに食が進みました。 more

　ほぼ奄美大島の最南端に位置するので空港からのアクセスには時間がかかりますが、人里離れた国定公園の中にあるホテルなので周囲の自然環境は抜群です！ 　ホテルの目の前に広がるビーチは人も少なく、ほぼプライベートビーチ状態！シュノーケリングで少し泳げば生きた珊瑚や魚を沢山見ることができます。（近くを泳いでいた人はウミガメも発見していました）海から上がった後は、宿泊者は無料で利用できる貸切露天風呂で、海を眺めながら汗を流せます。 　食事は地元の名産品を盛り込んだボリューム感のある内容。特に奄美名物である黒糖焼酎の品揃えが素晴らしく、酒好きの僕は大満足でした。部屋はやや狭めですが清潔感があり全室オーシャンビュー。スタッフの対応もとても親切で年配の方や子供を連れてきても安心できそうだと感じました。バーベキューの施設があったり、ホテル発のツアーも充実しているので、次回は家族や友人たちを誘って大勢で訪れたいなと思いました。 more
