探検コースは、かなりアップダウンがあり、高い所が苦手な私は、ついて行くので必死でした。はしごを上ったり下りたりするので、洋服は汚れても大丈夫でないといけません。 はしごもナナメとかではなく、直角なのです! 登りはイイのですが、下りが怖かったです。 小さい子供には向かないかも。 普通のコースでも充分楽しめると思います。 夏に行くのがオススメです。とにかく中は涼しいです。 more

 たまたま行った時が結構混雑するときだったので、探検コースも15人くらいで動きました。球磨川下りの下船場から上がってきて道路の向かいが球泉洞。おみやげ屋さんも綺麗で、地のものも美味しそうでした。球磨焼酎ありましたよ。  探検コースは長靴、ヘルメットを借りるので子供はもうテンションあがることまちがいなし。でもって、通常のコースを歩き、その帰りに案内人と別コースへ入っていきます。とにかく、広い洞窟なので、そこをさらにアップダウンの激しいはしごを下りたり、すべりそうなところを歩いたり、また流れの激しい小さい滝も見れますし、このさきはいけないぞぉ〜というところまで案内してくれ、お得感ありです。ただやはり人の少ない時に行くと楽しいでしょうね。 more

全長4800mにおよぶ九州最大級の鍾乳洞。迷路のような洞内には縦横に歩道橋が走り、スリリングな洞窟探検が楽しめます。一般コースは約30分、探検コースは約1時間です。 オススメは探検コース。長靴を履き、ヘルメットをかぶり、ヘッドライトを点け探検に向かいます。ほぼ垂直のはしごを降りたり、川のようなものを越えたりとスリル満点で、大人も子どもも存分に楽しめます。特に滝の水量に圧巻されました。 more
