市街地から離れた場所ですので車がないと不便ですが、その分価格と設備で補っているようで、充分に満足できるホテルです。 部屋も広く、洗面台が部屋の中にあって、２人で風呂・トイレと洗面と同時に使えるのでよい設計です。朝食も簡単なものですが無料なので及第点です。国道（？）沿いの駐車場も広々としていて、ストレスなく使いこなせるホテルです。 more

都城インターからも近く、国道１０号線沿いにあるのでドライブ休憩に立ち寄ります。そしてお土産、おやつを買うのがお約束。 弁当や惣菜や野菜も安くて美味しいので、オススメです。 中でも、宮崎の入手困難で有名なお菓子、甘乳蘇（かんにゅうそ）のアイスが美味しかったです。 more

霧島連峰の主峰である高千穂は本当に日本有数といっても過言ではないほど美しい形をしています。 宮崎～鹿児島にいく道すがらその形はいろいろかわっていきます。なによりも私が好きなのは都城サイドから見る霧島連峰でしょうか。その雄壮な頂をみていると古の天孫降臨の物語の時代を思い浮かばせます。 なによりも素晴らしいのはご来光です。高さが１５００ｍくらいの山なので多くの人が神々しいご来光を拝みに年末年始にぎわいます。 more
