优点：前台有问有答，不靠西江南路的房间安静，房间尚宽敞，空调运作正常（安静），有脱线板提供，提供电水壶；
缺点：地点有点偏，前台笑容欠奉，靠西江南路的房间吵，电视是显像管的，房间没冰箱，浴室没浴缸，淋浴水不算大，床上总觉得有小东西咬人，还隐约见床单有点红。
