We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a host. All Specials were explained and was provided with a recommendation. The Server was close by and they seem to work as a team as various servers would walk by and take any unused dishes without disturbing us. Drinks were refilled before we had to ask. The restaurant was very clean and the staff seemed to enjoy their job. The prices were very reasonable.
Do go on an empty stomach as the portion sizes are crazy. I would recommend the Ultimate feast it has Lobster and crab and you also get a salad and side item. The food came out all together as several servers walked with plates to ensure we could all eat at once.
Oh you cannot forget about the complimentary cheddar biscuits. If you prefer them without cheese you can ask for it but be prepared to wait as they would have to make a special order. They don't come with butter either so you have to ask for it. Overall an excellent place to eat and kid friendly. It felt like a very cozy, comfortable environment. When we were leaving we were thanked for coming. They seem to really appreciate the guests.
You can also make a reservation as we did. If you are going on a Friday night you may want to as there was a line up. You have to ensure you arrive on time or you could lose your reservation understandably as it does not look good to other customers when there is an empty table and you are waiting a while to be sat. We arrived a few min ahead of time and were sat fairly quickly.
