This is the best hotel in the region of High Tatras. It has its own cosy atmosphere, excellent service and we love coming back there. If you stay during the weekdays, you can get very good "value for money" deal. The swimming pool view is the best you can imagine. We traveled with our daughter, who was 1 year old at the time and we have got warm mild delivered to our room every day by the room service WITH NO CHARGE on appearing on the final bill. Food is pricy, however the quality is good.
The only downside is the kids corner, which is too small located at the staircase. Few times we met couple of snobby acting guest, what we do not enjoy, however there is not much hotel can do about that.
We were here 3 times and we will be coming back.
