Moana Cottage was just perfect - peacefully quiet a dream to wake to the Birds singing. Very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. A great variety of information available. Close to everything. Thank you for the lovely welcome pressie. The Fire was efficient and made it truly Blissful. We would certainly recommend to others.

Well placed for Vineyards tours, 4 in the same road if memeory serves me well !! Quality fittings and furnishings made our stay a memeorabkle experience. Close to Havelock North, Hastings and Napier and you can hear the sea from the room. Would certainly visit again next time were in that part of the world.

We stayed in the Moana cottage recently and loved it.The cottage is only a couple of minutes walk to Te Awanga on the outskirts of town.It is tastefully decorated and very well designed to make the most of all day sun as it has decks at the front & back of the cottage. It has a kitchen also a barbecue and has a separate bathing area that can be opened up so you feel like you're bathing outside ( it is very private). It also has a full laundry and separate shower & toilet. It is close to a lot of vineyards and there are extensive cycleways in the vicinity. We dined at Elephant Hill vineyard which was divine! It is close to Cape Kidnappers and only 30 mins drive to Napier. There are two cottages here(both very private from the other) so would be ideal for two couples travelling together. We were left a bottle of complimentary red wine which was a nice touch!!.We will definitely be back

We stayed at Bree's self-contained cottage for a week and loved every minute of our stay. The cottage is tastefully decorated, clean and all amenities are included. Best of all there is a separate bathtub that looks out onto the garden. Although the cottage only has one bedroom there is enough room inside and out to entertain visitors and to have a Kiwi barb-e-que or two. The views are very calming, looking out over vineyards and to the hills beyond. While the feeling is rural, it is only a 15 minutes drive to Havelock North or Napier. It is walking distance to the beach (rather rocky though it may be) and to the Clifton Cafe at the entrance to Cape Kidnappers. Wonderful Hawke' s Bay wineries and restaurants are five minutes away.

Visited Te Awanga Cottages last year with my wife. Perfect setting along the Cape Kidnappers coast. Great for a couple for a few nights. Even with 1-2 children this should be a comfortable place. Great kitchen equipment, but no internet access.
