We had a meal at Les Remparts in June 2005 and it was excellent. The hotel is run by an english couple so language is no problem. The food and the service were excellent, and good value for money. The view across the wooded valley is lovely - try to get a seat near the window as not all tables see the view. Booking is advisable, and as far ahead as you can if you want Sunday lunch. Recommended
