This is more of a comment, as we didn't actually get to stay at the B&B. I'd contacted Rosa to arrange two nights at the B&B, which she confirmed. I then sent a re-confirmation email a week before we were due to stay with her, but wasn't able to check if she responded before turning up as we'd already left for Sardinia. Upon arrival we were a little confused due partly to Rosa's lack of English but once we half understood what was going on it turned out that we couldn't stay with her (we think she was telling us she'd closed down for the season) but he friend Franco who was there with her would lead us to another place. That turned out to be some agriturismo in the country so we turned that down as we were keen to be in town and made our way back into town.
At the time I didn't want to say to much as she may have contacted me and let me know that she couldn't take my booking any longer, but on return to the UK there was no email from her.
While I can't comment on the place itself, its service seems rather 'interesting' - just make sure you get confirmation of the booking before you arrive, would be my advice!
