Essentially it is a very old motor style type lodge. It is very busy because they get corporate clients (like me) and we get booked through our corporate travel who really dont care. The place was amazingly expensive for what you get. The rooms are very tired but are clean for the most part. The bathrooms are very old and tiles are grotty.
But it is in a very good location as Subiaco is definitely my preferred location to stay in Perth. Great feel about the suburb, plenty of restaurants, walking distance from the city - really nice location.
If this place was completely remodelled and updated it would be great... but I dont think they would bother doing this as they are popular enough anyway given the major shortage of hotels in Perth.
Also I think they have recently changed their name from Quest to something else like Derby Park or something.
As it stands this is a never again place for me.
