“It's difficult to find fault”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2013

This is not a great 'value for money' place. That said, it's a beautiful resort, the pools are gorgeous and you can soak yourself in as much Dead Sea mud as you care to! The food is predictably good, service was wonderful and all the amenities top notch. Be aware that the beach on the Dead Sea isn't great, here. The water is often choppy at this end and it's not as calm and clear as it is in other places (we also visited Ein Bokek in Israel).

The hotel is elegant , clean and the staff were very helpful ,specially Ms. Dana at the reception and Mr. Tareq main front officer , they were really very cooperative , helpful and professional , i wish there were more activities at night ,as without the lovely polish band “Alive Star Band” there was nothing to entertain the guests , but they were really nice

This is probably the best holiday Inn i have seen. It's location is really good, right next to the dead sea. There are number of restaurants and all of them are quite good. Rooms are nice and clean. Access is easy, it's right on the road. Best part is the sea next to hotel, you can go and jump in the dead sea and float there. Worth your money if you are planning to stay around deqad sea area.

Very Good hotel in the near the dead Seawith warm and friendly staff. The rooms were very posh n clean with excellent service. It had easy access to the main attractions around and the ambience of the hotel was very nice. It is very reasonabley priced as well. Would definetely recommend for families to stay. I loved the dead sea mud n took a bath in the dead sea as well!

We stayed here recently for only one night. We were upgraded from a standard room to a sea view room which was spacious and had a balcony. There was a business centre at the hotel. Breakfast was extensive. There were lots of swimming pools - only one appeared to be heated. As it was winter it was quiet but could imagine it would really hum in summer. The beach access to the Dead Sea was good with imported sand down to the waters edge. This hotel is by itself with nothing else around so without a car/taxi you would need to eat all meals at the hotel. Would make for a relaxing beach type holiday. Not sure of the cost as we were on a package.

Excellent spa hotel for relaxing and chilling out after visiting all the other attractions of Jordan. Great pools and plenty of sun beds to relax and a private beach on he Dead Sea. Plenty of free black mud at the beach for the obligatory photos.
Drinks very pricey but breakfast excellent.
I would recommend the traditional Beduin feast for dinner - eat outside on low tables and cushions near the beach - great on a balmy night. We had a large selection of local nibbles and starters and then a rice, chicken, goat dish which was served on a plate the size of a dust bin lid! ( if you ask you can have the dish without the feast - negotiate the price as its not on the menu - it was so tasty we had it 2 days running but couldn't handle all the other food)
Would definitely return
