This was an amazing two week stay, the staff are absolutely amazing (especially mahammet and souleyman?)and the mini-club I would highly recommend to anyone.
The food was ok, mainly catering for the germans but still always something there for everybody. The rooms were basic & ok but definitely not 5 star, but they were always very clean, the only real grumble we had was that they did not put the air conditioning on (only comes on between June & Sept) and at one point in the daytime the temperature reached an unbearable 40 degrees!
The animation team were geat and work very hard, the shows were ok and just as good as anywhere else we have been to, some better than others, but dont expect anything too top class.
This is one of the friendliest hotels I have ever been to, and we have been to many all over the world, and I will most definitely be returning again.

OK, I went away with my sister & her 3 children (aged 10, 13 & 14) as we always take time out in the school holiday's (Bulgaria the year before). We all loved the resort. 99.9% great for the children. Tons of activities during the day. Extreamly clean, poolside & the beach.
Fab amenities & of course non stop food tbeach was through-out. The staff were splendid & works do do hard to please everyone.
Th children made friends & played in the pool most of the day whilst we headed off to the beach with my niece (11 yes old).
The entertainment staff simply shined. They work o hard.
If you are looking for a 'Party & up until 3am' (which I generally am back at home, party girl) then this is not the resort for you :(, however there is a disco on the lower floor), however entertainment is layed on every night & a great beach party & black tie event .... It's was fab.
My family are huge animal lovers & so seeing all the variaties of animals, was wonderful to see. my nephews were out of their beds at 8am just to see the 'Bird Man' ready to walk & feed the Pelicans (which they had named 'Dot & Com').
I needed to post this message as we are all re-visiting this year (end of July) yet this time my parents are joinging us (as it's my Mothers 60th this year...wooo-hpppy.)
Now the food is splendid & the rooms are very nice too. So really with so much to see outside too (short bus ride away) it really is one for the family.
Well done to all of the staff...... so until the end of July..... :) We shall see you then... all with smiles :)))

Just returned from the Alba, my husband and i travelled to turkey for my 30th birthday, first holiday with out our children, we were two of eleven english people at the resort out of a few hundred guests and it was very uncomfortable, the staff were more geared for the germans and understood very little english but spoke german fluently. The hotel did live up to everything it said in the brochure and the rooms were very nice, the food was average, brill if your german, found a lovely restaurant just down the road called the Cihan waiters and food lovely. We have been to Turkey 6 times and will go again as it is great and worth every penny, but we won't be returning to the Alba.

Returned from the Alba this morning. It was amazing !!!! The best Beach Holiday Hotel I have EVER stayed in.
We were 2 couples and a 1 year old.
The Animation Team, Bar and Restaurant staff, Guest Relations, etc, etc are all SUPERB !!!!!!!! They all made a fuss of the Baby and she had the time of her life.
The All inclusive programme means that you can do as much or as little as possible. The food is lovely, ( A little too much geared towards the Germans - but there is plenty of choice)
The rooms are nice and are immaculate as is the rest of the complex. Very clean and very attractive.
The area that the hotel is in is great, a few bars and restaurants on the outside of the hotel and plenty of shops and bazzars. Great fun to go bartering.

Will definately be returning to the Alba. 5* and worth every star !!!
