“A little paradise”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 31, 2012

I had a great and relaxing vacation in August 2012 here. The superb service is all inclusive, the food is excellent. It is a bit crowded from time to time (e.g. during dinner), but most of the time I felt I had enough 'personal space', even though the capacity is huge.

The Resort is in actual botanic garden (1500 plant species) which was the highlight of Summer holiday: I felt like in paradise. There were a lot of families with children, the Hotel is very family friendly. The concept of 4 swimming pools, a beach, 2 water parks, several restaurants, excellent animation team, and, of course, all inclusive (drinks, food, towels...) service makes possible for everybody to enjoy this great vacation spot.

We stayed in BOTANIK with 2 kids 15 days.
First evening, we were very disappointed. Staff from the restaurant didn’t allow my husband to enter, because ha was wearing short pants!!!
They have dress code, and nobody can enter without Capri pants! At the end I fight with an one women employee, and we finally got in and had dinner. That experience ruined full picture of hotel.
The hotel if full of Russian people, and everything is in Russian! Luckily I learned Russian in school...
The beach is not so great, not with sand, but there is always free sun beds. Sea is warm and clean.
Food is very good. Entertainment is also on high level (language Russian). Accommodation... so-so... You can see that it is an old hotel. But it is clean.
Garden is real wonderful!!! And that is the only part that is worth to see! Everything else you can find in other hotels in Turkey.
Good holiday, but we were in better hotels in Turkey!

My family and I stayed in Delphin Botanik from June 29 until July 10, 2012. It is not my style to make statements like: greatest vacation ever or don’t go there but I have to say that we had no problem of any kind and that I am quite impressed with the treatment we received.
In the following text I will give facts and its up to you to decide if this hotel is right for you.
The hotel is located on the area of 90.000 m2. All the facilities are placed on three cascades. On the highest one is the reception and the main hall, small shopping mall, bowling alley, pool tables. Please have some lemonade near reception. It`s great.
On the middle, which is the largest, are: main restaurant, buildings with bedrooms, several pools, aqua park, amusement park, open theater, several bars. Everything that you need to relaaaaaax.
On lowest one is the beach. From reception to beach, 5 minutes walk
All the staff are more than friendly, always there to help in solving any problem. Hotel management is also at your service and you are in constant contact with them cause they make daily inspection around the hotel.
Hotel itself if family focused. There are plenty things that will keep your children occupied while you can relax. Really small children have pool appropriate for them which is located near aqua park which can be used by older children and adults. This pool is covered with large umbrellas which will keep both your children and you from getting sun burns. Fathers, you have small bar near so don't worry.
Our bedroom was located in TROPIC house and it has my full recommendation. Clean, air conditioned, very nice bathroom, large enough for family of three members, mini bar filled daily, nice terrace, located almost in the center of hotel area near all facilities.
Food and beverages: Various food and beverages to enjoy all day long (gained 5 kilograms during vacation). Don't miss vitamin bar near main restaurant where you can have various fresh natural juices.
Pool bar is my first choice. Very friendly staff and large selection of alcohol and non alcohol beverages. On the pool bar you can also have brief snack, ice cream and very tasty turkish pastry.
Beach is clean with lot of sun beds. Beach itself is covered with small rocks not sandy but it wasn't a problem for me. On the beach there is a small bar where you can have beer, slash juice, ice tea, pepsi or water. Don't worry, bar with much, much large selection is just 20 meters away.
INTERNET ACCES: Wi-Fi at the reception area, vitamin and pool bar. If you need rather good internet connection use it after breakfast, between 14-15 p.m and around 22 p.m. During another time you will see large number of guests using their cell phones and tablets and internet connection will be very poor.
If you like bazar shopping, there is a bazar some 500 meters near hotel with dozens of small shops.
If you want to go to Alanya, just make reservation on the reception one day before you want to go. Shuttle bus is completely free. Do go to Alanya, it is very nice town to see.

If anyone has a question, I will be more than happy to provide answer.

Room Tip: Ask for room in TROPIC house

Hello, we are a family from Belgrade, Serbia – this was our third holiday in Turkey and we stayed in AI hotels in Egypt as well. We choose to visit Delphine Botanik hotel with our 2 year old baby boy because it seemed very rich in vegetation that should provide enough cover from the sun.

Botanik is located some 1,5hrs bus ride from airport in Antalya. When you reach hotel you first arrive at the reception building and you are welcomed with champagne and delicious cookies. Then you head to your room and suddenly find yourself in a vibrant and pleasant jungle of various trees, bushes, lianas and cactuses. Their gardening staff really knows their business and Botanik garden totally justifies their “world of paradise” title.

Hotel has a huge territory – there are several separate building where you room can be located named after flowers or trees. There are so many hotel amenities that is hard to recount them all. Just discovering what hotel has to offer and looking into every every nook and cranny is an adventure.

There are 3 main pools – main and 2 relax pools as well as several smaller “jacuzzi” pools. Then there’s 3 more kids pool with slides. Main pool is the centre of animation & music while relaxation pools are without the music & animation (very important if your child is to sleep beside the pool). There are 5+ aqua park rides you can take. Hotel has a fun fair with various attractions like fair wheels, viking boat, car and train rides and more. There are 6 bars scattered all across the hotel territory. You can eat & drink at the bars (various alcoholic and non alcoholic cocktails, ice cream, cakes., various dishes,... don’t miss out on great cappuccino with whipped cream and cacao). At the seaside you can relax in nice huts with baldachins. Beach is made up of pebbles and you can enter sea via the dock if you don’t like large pebbles.

In some AI hotels bar staff is always behind the bar and there’s a lot of self service. In Botanik waiters will approach you if you sit in the bar and ask for your order. I really liked that as it adds more of personal touch. One of bars is a Vitamin bar where you can drink freshly squeezed fruit juices and milkshakes (and yes – they are in AI). Staff is really pleasant and even our son sometimes dripping ice cream everywhere and abusing the watercolor didn’t take away their smile.

Botanik’s AI concept was the best we experienced so far – besides tipping staff there’s almost no way to spend your money in the hotel. AI covers everything you need – a la carte restaurants, mini bar, wireless internet (lobby and around some pools, I hope Botanik would extend it to cover more of hotel territory). Well - in the reception building there’s a small shopping mall which isn’t covered by AI which I guess is fair deal :)

Most numerous guests were Russians, Germans and Turks. But unlike in other hotels no nation really dominates the hotel which is a good thing. Around the hotel on a flat screens you will see guests by country statistics and we counted more than 15 nations.

Food is great – we liked the grilled fish very much (especially whitening whale), fantastic chocolate souffle served by the restaurants chief chef in person and great baklava cakes. It’s funny that most people will stand in line for chicken wings and french fries when all other delicates are lying around. If you decide to visit Botanik I urge you to try out various Turkish dishes as well :) If you have a kid there’s a part of the restaurant with playground for children. We always dined there because when your child is finished eating you can relax and have your meal at peace while he plays with other kids. One more plus is that hotel provides mixers for making baby food and various plainly cooked dishes.

In a la carte restaurants food is even better and make sure you reserve at least two days in advance because especially on weekend a la carte restaurants can be full. Fish and Turkish a la carte restaurants were our favorite.

After the dinner kids can enjoy benefits of the Mini Disco. Later in the evening you will be entertained in Grand Arena or besides main pool by a variety of shows.

We gave the highest rating to Botanik because we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely come again.

This hotel is amazing. Food, service, staff, animation team, rooms - exelent! Staff always pleasant. A lot of delicious food 24h a day. Animation is very good. Very good activities, games, in which animations give for winner prizes: beach bags, small bags, caps - with delphin botanik attribute, and if your birthday will be able, when you will stay in this hotel, you will find beach bag on your room's door's handle. Nice teenegers club (till 16 years). Teenegers play darts, volleyball, football, water polo, pool games, socialize with animations. All programe is like for adults. Olympic day - for teenegers and adults. Every morning - tea, coffe, fresh oranges juice, and all day work vitamin bar - there are banana's, orange's, tomatoes, strawberries and etc juices... All day you can find free bunks in a beach and near pools. Soo, if you want amazing holidays, choose Delphin Botanik World Of Paradise!!!

Room Tip: Room was in restaurant building. I didin't heard noise from restaurant. Rooms was always tidy:))

My family stayed in June 2011 April. Good food, fresh juices, tasty Turkish meals. The pools, bars and the slides are marvelous. The hotel rooms are little bit old, but clean. very good animation for kids and adults. We watched Brazilian dancers of samba and capoaira, hip-hop dancers, Cuban orchestra. I will strongly recommend the fish restaurant. It's difficult to book an a-la-carte restaurant.
