“great for kids”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2013

me the wife and our 8yr old daughter have just got back from here,
the complex was big which we found very good, the rooms were spotless which the wife was happy with.what ever pool you went too was great, our girl was not a good swimmer so we stayed by the slides which was great, staff very helpfull, great ideal fridges with water bottles all over the place, drinks for the kids to go and help them selfs too.only down side was i think they need to sort breakfast for british kids it took us two or three days to sort my daughter out.the food is VERY repetitive, i did not have one meal i enjoyed but the wife and daughter did say it was ok,mind you they are catering for over 2000 people at a time so give and take.overall we went there for my daughter and she loved it there so enough said that is what this place is about the kids.

Room Tip: dont expect great food, look around before you put food on your plate.

This hotel was absolutely spot on - perfect location, beautifully clean, extremely friendly but most of all the staff and in particular Nuri Karalok the Service and Bar Manager. He was very attentive and made sure that all our needs were met. He was fantastic!! Well done Nuri and his team for all his assistance whilst on our holiday - we are definitely coming back!

We arrived very late at night with a tired, hungry 9 year old. Reception were unhelpful, we were told there was no food available due to such a late arrival. We refused to move until they made us at least a sandwich. To which they finally did. We were pointed to our room not shown( we hadn't got a clue where to go). First impressions were not good. We found our room and were pleasantly surprised. We settled down to hopefully a good nights sleep!!!!!!!! NO WAY, the realised in minutes we were right next to the nightclub. We rang reception, to which they couldn't understand our complaint.
The next morning we found our Rep, JAMIE. Within minutes he was not happy with the reception, he had our room changed and luggage collected.
JAMIE turned out to be FAB. We booked three excursions with him that we're great value and he planned them with us every step of the way.
I do feel if it hadn't have been for Jamie our holiday would not have been so pleasant. The Turkish bath and massage was absolutely amazing. The pirate ship day out (remember to cover up and high factor sun cream) fab day out. The Manvagat was ok but if your not looking for copy cat bags and clothes then don't go. The Manvagat Waterfalls were unbelievable.
The food was fantastic at this hotel, but please be tempted to catch a bus right next to the hotel which is very cheap, and head for CIDE, this was very cultural and magical village.
We ate at the Baracuda. Such fresh fish and so friendly and courteous. Brilliant position right next to the sea. Look straight ahead and you will see The Temple of Apollo, so beautiful and the sunset if you catch it is unbelievable. We also ate at the Aphoridite much more expensive, the service was good until a local large table sat down, we were then last on the list!!!!!
Hubbie had a local Turkish shave here and son had a haircut this was 35 lira which was about £13. Brilliant bargain. Don't forget to haggle.
We found the weather absolutely great by 11am every morning it hit 37 degrees.
Home now with a lovely tan and great memories and will definitely visit again, though only go bed and breakfast as such lovely restaurants everywhere

All the food was great. This is the place for people that don't want to leave the hotel area. The beach is one of the best we ever been to.
The rooms on Pegasos Club could be better. Some beds was really hard to sleep on. One more thing that i didn't like was that they didn't have rooms for bigger families. We are 6 people in our family and we had to book two rooms. But overall, this was a great trip and we really recommend it to other families.

We stayed in the Joy Pegasos Resort Hotel during May and June 2009.
The hotel is in the centre of three hotels set (Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club), close to nice beach.
The facilities of the sister hotels can be used and vice versa.
A good standard, four star hotel with big sized rooms and good bathrooms.
There are two indoor restaurants, many snack bars.
Food for many european tastes, a lot of choice.
There are many nationalities in the three hotels, Scandinavians, Russians, Germans, Austrians, Polish, Turks in the main.
I would recommend the resort for young families, seeking a peaceful holiday and some adventure.
Everyone seemed to be on the all inclusive option.
There are two outdoor and one indoor swimming pools at the hotel with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around them as well as on the beach. The beach is sandy.
My ratings for this hotel
Visit was for Quality time with family
Traveled with Family with young children
Age group 35, children 2 and 7 years old.
I would recommend this hotel to families, friends, childrens.
I selected this hotel as a top choice for childrens, many opportunities for children, swimming pools, beach, sun.

Stayed in the Joy Pegasos Resort Hotel during July and August 2008. The hotel is in the centre of three hotels set in a row with a private beach . The facilities of the sister hotels can be used and vice versa. The other hotels are the Pegasos Royal and Pegasos Club.
A good standard four star hotel with decent sized rooms and good bathrooms. There are two indoor restaurants as well as two outdoor snack bars and the three hotels share three a la carte restaurants which can be booked a day in advance via the (extremely rude) customer services woman in reception.
Food caters for many european tastes and there is a lot of choice, however those favouring full english breakfasts would be dissapointed.
There is a broad section of nationalities in the three hotels, British, Germans, Austrians, Finns and Turks in the main. The majority of people appeared to be under 50 years of age and the resort catered for this. I would not recommend the resort for older couples seeking a peaceful holiday, having said that it was not rowdy in any way.
There are several bars both indoor and outdoor and very rarely did we have to queue for drinks. Virtually everyone seemed to be on the all inclusive option.
There are two outdoor and one indoor swimming pools at the hotel with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas around them as well as on the beach.
The beach is sandy and slopes gently into the sea which was very warm and safe in July / Aug. There are turtles and dolphins in the water.
The hotel is in a row of five others but there is very little else around them and the nearest town is about 2 km away.
