We felt at home as soon as Le Pham took us inside her flat after meeting us at the nearby Brussels Zuid Station. It was sparkling clean and Le had made every effort to ensure a great stay , including stocking the fridge with all sorts of goodies for breakfast and more.The flat was so comfortable sometimes we had to force ourselves to go out to see the sights of Brussels. Although the area around the station is not the city's finest we felt at ease and encountered no problems at all. The location is very convenient for Metro and all Belgian and European train travel and you can even walk to the Grand Place. The service provided by the owner, Le Pham ,is impeccable. From the meet and greet on our arrival at the Station to the great stock of food and other goodies(Belgian beer, chocolates and fresh fruit) as well as a great deal of information about the local sights Le was a wonderful host.

We felt so comfy here that we would have liked to cut out the appartment, stuff it in our pockets and than take it back home. A freshly renovated appartment in a stylish old building, sunrises on the balcony and sunsets from the wintergarden, what more can u ask for? The fridge was stocked up with more than we could eat. It was constantly refilled with fresh products, with most of them being eco-friendly and / or fair trade.

The owner provided us with more information than we could possibly comprehend. With the city centre starting right on the doorsteps, we discovered most sites by foot. It is situated in a cultural melting pot, so don´t expect fancy bling bling. Instead, you discover a huge variety of maroc, thai, mexican, chinese, egyptian and indian cuisine within a five minute footwalk.

All in all we loved that place. Thanks to Le for all her efforts which made our stay here very enjoyable...

We couldn't fault Aviation 19. The flat was superb and extremely clean. There's a lovely sunroom where we had breakfast with views over Brussels. Le Pham was so helpful and left us a fridge full of food and a assortment of Belgium chocolates! A wonderful 1930's lift takes you to the top floor. The flat is very close to the station and the trams. It was just a short walk to get to the centre and Le Grand Place. We were only in Brussels for one night but would certainly book in again. Le Pham even met us at the station on our return from Bruges with my husband's glasses which he'd left behind. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

Actually I still fight with my selfish part, saying to me 'Don't write this review! Keep this gem for yourself!'. But of course, I wish Le all the luck with her fantastic flat, I wish her great visitors, appreciating all what she offers... and I may only hope to be lucky enough to go back there again.
It is HUGE flat. 3 rooms, equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom, and - the best part for me, even if in winter it was chilly there - orangery with view of rooves of the city.
No... best in this apartment isn't orangery, view, position 5 min. by foot from Midi station and 12 min. from Burse/ Grand Place. The best is Le, the owner. She is incredible person, so friendly... me and my mother felt like 2 queens, she did all what possible to make our stay enjoyable... and even more. She waited for us on the station. Walked with us to the station also on way back. She spent time explaining all about flat, city, giving us map, showing incredibly many books present in the flat.
OK, it is not B&B. But for me it is much more. You may reach Le always by e-mail (and you have notebook with wifi in the flat!!! You don't have to carry own notebook with you!), by phone... and you will find in the fridge much more than breakfast. Bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, waffle, juice, and even bottle of beer and small bottle of wine... Every day new supply...
I love this place totally. From a moment I entered this flat I started to plan how to return there for longer stay. And I will do it, definitely.
The only problem if you are more than 2 persons may be probably lack of proper table and chairs maybe... There are several small tables, but you can't really sit around with 2 or 3 other persons. But I can't find any other problems/ difficulties/ doubts.
It is place from dreams, so comfortable and friendly...
