We’ve spent there a last days of April (3 nights) .
Hotel nested on the cliff (word ‘faleza’ means the cliff of a particular type), just above wide, rocky beach. The setting is absolutely amazing. It is a new building, as for exterior design is not my type, the interior design is modern and very esthetic. I was happy, because finding a modern, up-to-date designed hotel was not an easy thing on Polish seashore until present times (luckily, this situation changes dynamically). Parking is available at the front of the hotel and it is not free (but I don’t remember the price).
We had a sea view room. Honestly, I must say that this was one of better sea view rooms I have stayed in. It has oriel windows (floor to ceiling windows) and each room is equipped with a decent spyglass, so you can spent hours watching the sea, ships and yachts passing by! It was a real fun. Room itself was very modern, quite big, although bathroom could be a little bit bigger. Bed was huge (king-size) and was extremely comfy. Sleep quality was great, at the morning you could open window and listen to the sounds of the waves and breeze. There was a Wi-Fi in the room (as far as I remember it was free, but I could be wrong) and decent selection of TV channels. If course room was spotless clean. I do not remember if there was an air-con, as it was April, it was approx 14-17 degrees Celsius and we didn’t even care about it.
Breakfast was really good, variety was more than enough as for 3 star hotel. Restaurant is one of the better, if not the best in the area. Selection of dishes is perfectly enough, food was delicious (seafood as well as a t-bone steak), with perfect desserts (especially ice-creams and hot chocolate cake). We were treated in a very friendly and polite way by the restaurant staff. IMHO wine selection could be a little better, but this is a minor thing. When temperature is ok and it is sunny (which is not an obvious thing on Baltic seashore, even during summer), you can have a meal in the lovely restaurant area in front of the hotel. I recommend this restaurant, when I’ll be around I will go there again.
There is no gym in the hotel (a pity…), but there are bikes at guests disposal, so we were making trips around the area (Jastrzębia Góra is a village size place, so there is not much too see except a lighthouse and some historical buildings around it). There is a Spa though, my wife liked it. Hotel has also a great roof terrace, with even more outstanding view over the sea and surroundings, there are some sun beds, so you can relax with a drink there or something. Staff was helpful and kind, we felt good there.
So, the hotel is really great, especially as for a 3 star rated hotel, not too expensive (as it happens in case of good hotels on Baltic sea shore) and we totally recommend it. Location is perfect, views are amazing, beaches are great (unfortunately sea is rather cold) and short drive away you’ll find even more stunning white sandy beaches, forests and places perfect for hiking/biking.
