“Perfect location, Glen is fantastic, Nicest place for your $, Great Breaky”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 22, 2010

This place is fantastic for all groups of travellers, familys, couples and friends.
Glen looks after you so well and cooks you an awwesome breakfast everymorning.
We originally booked 3 nights and love it so much we stayed longer and iftime permitted us would have been even longer.
It is just one block from the beach a 2 min walk so its stays nice and quite at night, it is on thenicest part of the beach not in the main area but in the west bay part wherre everyone comes for a swimhas everything around market, food places and diving shops :)
Room are nice and big with balcony and aircon and tv and cable and Glen even has a billion DVDs you can watch in your room.
Deffinalty will be back
ENJOY!!!

West Bay B&B is such and nice and comfortably place to stay. Aside from an unbelievable price, it was very clean. Glenn cooks a great breakfast and is either out of your way to give you your privacy or when you invite him to join you offers great conversation. He is very accomidating and sweet. We really enjoyed our stay at West Bay B&B and have every intention to stay there every time we visit from now on. Miss you Glenn and thank you for everything.
We will see you again!

I must admit that at first i was a bit hesitant about going to Roatan and staying at West Bay B&B. I had images in my head of a congested resort town where 25 story hotels lined the beach. Then when I read that the West Bay B&B was located 'Right across the street from the mall" I almost considered abandoning the trip altogether. I'm glad I didn't. First off, the "mall" consists of a deli, an ice cream shop, a scooter rental place, and a cafe, and that is pretty much it for shopping in West Bay. As for the B&B we could not have asked for a nicer place. The rooms were very nice and clean, and were equipped with AC, Satellite TV, and a DVD player. The owner, Glenn, could not be a nicer fellow. He is very knowledgeable about the island and the reef and cooks a great breakfast as well. Snorkel gear, beach towels, and chairs are all available at the B&B, and the place itself is located very close to the beach (3 minute walk). As for Roatan, if the sun is shining I don't think you could find a prettier place. The beach is beautiful, the water warm and light blue, and the coral is out of this world. It's what I imagine the Caribbean looked like 50 years ago, by which I mean there are hardly any gift shops or luxury hotels. A wonderful place

My wife & I stayed for two weeks at Glen's B&B. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and definately plan to visit Glen again next year! Our room was great, the rate was great, the breakfasts were great and we certainly enjoyed our conversations with Glen.
Looking forward to our next visit!

Very affordable and clean. Glenn is amazing and a great host. His breakfast were amazing and the most wonderful beach is across the street! The diving was the best we have ever seen. We will be back!

From the moment that we arrived to the moment that we left Glen (the Owner) was nothing but a great host! He was there to welcome us with a big smile. He immediatly showed us to our room and then explained how to work the TV, DVD player, Sattelite remote, and the air conditioning. We also had a small fridge that was stocked with water beer and some soft drinks that we could have at a small fee, and there was still plenty of space in the fridge for whatever else you wanted to store in it. Glen provided deliciouse breakfasts every morning and never served the same dish twice the entire week we were there. Some of my favorite breakfasts had to be Glen's Eggs Benedict and his Crapes!

The B & B is located right behind all the big resorts and almost right next to West Bay Lodge. It was kind of nice not being right in one of the beach resorts because you are always welcome to join in the festivities at the resorts on the beach, but when you are ready to go home you are far enough away that you can escape to your own quite oasis.
The B&B is only 2 years old and is really beautiful, with tiled floors and gorgeouse wood beams.

The price was the best I found out of anywhere in West Bay and although it is not right on the beach it did have many other things to offer like an internet cafe and free DVD's to borrow on those nights you just feel like staying in! I have nothing but good things to say about West Bay B&B and would definatley stay there again!

I just spent a week at the West Bay B&B and loved it. The owner, Glen, is a fantastic host and really goes out of the way to make your stay as good as possible. I have traveled all over the world and this is definitely one of my favorite spots so far. The rooms are not fancy but super clean, very comfortable, great AC and hot water, and satelite TV and DVD players. Oh and the breakfast that is included is really great! The location is also pretty close to perfect. It is about a 3 minute walk to the best part of West Bay beach and right across the street from a coffee shop, italian deli (really great meatball sub!), and ice cream place. I cannot say enough good things about this place!
