A fabulous hotel in wonderful grounds. Our room (the Clocktower Suite ) was amazing and the staff and food first class.

Room Tip: The rooms are in a courtyard a short walk from the hotel and are very well equipped and decorated.

Just returned from 2 nights and had to write ti say how lovely our trio was! Arrived on Tuesday at 12pm as we didn't realise check-in was til 3pm. The hotel receptionist was very nice and phoned to check if our room had been prepared-it had and they had no problems with us arriving early! got into the room and though wow! Had looked the hotel up on Tripadvisor and seen the pics and I have to say the place looks even better in the flesh! From the gorgeous king size bed with beautiful bedlinen to little touches such as fresh milk, water and chocolates in the rooms each night. The place was cleaned scrupulously and you really can't help thinking that the staff will do absolutely anything to make you're stay is just perfect!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere-ideal for relaxing and long walks in the countryside! The food was sumptuous both in the restaurant and room service-I recommend the rack of lamb and the chocolate fondant in the restaurant! Cannot commend this hotel enough-I just hope the price doesn't go up as a result of all the good reviews as we will definitely be back!

Had one night special deal weekend at this hotel. It was just perfect set in beautiful grounds, lovely sweeping drive to hotel. Stayed in courtyard suite all recently refurbished in contemport style but not lacking in space and comfort, huge bath to luxuriate in, champagne and chocolates on arrival. Afternoon tea in beautiful drawing room. five course taster menu with recommended wines. It was an extremely pleasant relaxing weekend. The staff were very attentive and courteous but not overly sweet. Food was top notch. All the little extras you would hope for and at a very competitive rate. Would definitely recommend

stayed here for 1 night in march 2012. wonderful hotel set in beautiful grounds. we were with our baby and couldn't have been more demanding but the staff were brilliant and more than coped with every request. ate an evening meal and breakfast both of which were excellent. it's easy to see why this is one of the best hotels in hampshire.

Booked Oakley Hall through expedia for a business trip, what a brilliant find, fabulous hotel, wonderful staff, excellent rooms, very good value for money. Would definately like to go back again for a relaxing break there seems to be plenty to do in the area and would like to have spent longer in this lovely hotel.

Stayed here for two nights, Thursday and Friday, on a Travelzoo deal. Everything was very good, staff very helpful, and accomodation well equipped. Food was excellent, the taster gourmet menu was well chosen. My wife is a vegetarian and they compiled a special menu just for her. Breakfast was so good I couldn't finish it! It was quieter on the Thursday evening, but service good both nights. Difference was for breakfast where on the Friday morning it was freshly cooked in the kitchenm, but Saturday moring with more people staying, it was on a buffet basis with less choice. Having said that, all excellent quality. One has to accept the wine at this sort of hotel will not be cheap, but when you are on a deal, the savings more than make up for it.
