As a couple travelling over from Ireland - We were recommended Poggio Al Vento by some Italian friends who were familiar with the area. We thought it was a really delightful place. The views are fantastic, the owners very pleasant and our overall expereince was very enjoyable. There is a large breakfast served every day and the owners press their own oil and produce their own wine. We would definitely recommend and found the owners and guests very friendly. We had some Italian friends when we were checking in which was useful but some of the hosts do speak English. It is quite off the beaten track and again it was useful to have locals showing us where to go. Would love to go back.
