Gentile Sig. Virgola10000,

ci siamo chiesti, il perchè della Sua lamentela , visto che tutti gli Ospiti del Relais hanno sempre pagato gli extra del Ristorante (come giusto che sia) , e ringraziato la direzione e il personale.

Non riusciamo a capire la Sua Pretesa di non doverle far pagare gli extra da Lei consumati al Ristorante, dal momento che ha chiesto e confidato al cameriere, di voler anticipare la partenza un giorno prima a causa del maltempo che non le permetteva di visitare la Valdichiana, e quindi di poter usufruire del pranzo di mezza pensione invece della cena, come Le è stato concesso; mentre alla signora della Direzione ha detto che lasciava la struttura un giorno prima perchè non si sentiva bene!!!

Purtroppo, se durante il Vostro soggiorno il maltempo non vi permette di godervi la vostra vacanza, ricordate che la struttura che vi ospita, non ha nessuna colpa in merito, quindi va rispettata!!!
