This property sits in a technology park on the outskirts of Grenoble. It is very new and therefore in excellent condition. They have gated access, so you don't have to worry about parking security. The building is very large as the hotel is colocated with a conference center. The check-in was professional, but not particularly warm. Although I am a Gold Priority Club member the clerk obviously figured we were not used to staying in hotels as she went on extensively explaining how the magnetic key-card works :-). The room was very nice, tastefully decorated, although somewhat smaller than with similar Holiday Inn Express properties throughout France. The location of the desk with the TV on it was not well chosen since the person sitting behind the desk obscured the TV view for the others in the room. The one thing I also found surprising was that the air conditioning was controlled from the reception, so if you wanted a degree or two cooler or warmer you needed to call the front desk. The breakfast in the morning was great, with a huge variety of excellent French cheese. All in all very nice hotel.
