“never ever again”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2013 via mobile

the only 2 value is for the view, everything else was poor,no wifi, no service, no food, and we've been waiting for the meal for more than an hour, seems they've forgotten us completely,or send smone to catch our fish, and grow the garnir. No service,no excuses, tried to bill us a full sum the meal on our leave anyhow. Were very disappointed, as during last visit here in 2007 evrth was ok.as beeing russian I'm accuatomed to average or poor service, but even in Russia I usually get it better for an equal price.

“Disgusting tourist trap”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

Places like this are giving the entire island a band name and negatively affect foreign tourists' view of Cypriot restaurateurs and generally tourism professionals.

Being the only option for visitors to have some cooked food while visiting "Petra tou Romiou" (Aphordite's birth place) beach is the only reason this place gets any customers.

The place was beyond dirty and smelled funky. The "waiters" (50 year old guys who were bored out of their minds and irritated) were pretty much useless, lazy, rude and slow.

The food was terrible and frozen and clearly not cooked by people who specialise in Greek-Mediterranean cuisine.

Due to lack of space, the owner placed a family to a large table which was already taken by 2 girls who were just having coffee, without even asking them. The family which had children, was noise and rude annoyed the girls and the rest of the tables around them with their behaviour.

Visit this only to enjoy an amazing view of the Mediterranean and have a drink from a closed bottle or can. Do not fall into this blatant tourist rip-off trap.

“Good Food and Great Views”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

We passed the signs for this Restaurant on the main sea road to Pafos, As we pulled into the car park it was apparant that this restaurant had seen better days. It is a large building and before the Motorway was built it was probably the place to stop for coaches and outings to Petra tou Romiou. We were greeted by a waiter who insisted he showed us the types of fresh fish in his cooler, after looking at the menu we decided on the fish meze, We were given pitta bread and taramasalata, avocado and taziki. Not long after a waiter brought a large plate of different fish, filleted and slightly battered. then a large bowl of salad and a small plate of chips. Whilst just finishing, another plate of fish, filleted and not battered arrived. It was as much as we could do to finish this plate. The staff were good although not very talkative. A lot of the dining room wasn't being used but that could be because it was after lunch and before dinner, some redecoration could be in order and the toilet area could do with some attention. All in all this restaurant served up a very nice meal in surroundings that could do with some modernization and it has a stunning view, I hope it is pulled back into shape because there is potential for this restaurant.

“BEAUTIFUL PLACE ON EARTH”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 16, 2013

Prices are very very big, but in the kitchen are working vietnamese girls, who are not a shefs, but cooking greece food, they live near the kitchen in a small room. Ridiculous, those olives for 6 euro- they are washed old ones, very very dirty kitchen for sure, and nobody ends their meal, leaving whole fishes on the plate and almost all of the starters. Such a beautiful place and tnis peace of shame
