The hotel is a rustic hotel, family owned, with an eccentric French cook, but quite friendly. The rooms are ok, large and in good condition... however, do not expect a five star hotel either. I would say it is good for families or couples that want to be on their own (not in the city center, but in the beach).
The family speaks English and French and they will assist you in looking for entertainment during your vacation, including visiting Santiago de Compostela, riding horses or sailing in the Ria de Arosa.
The beach is a 3 minutes walk (500m), but if you want to go to the best beach in the area is about 5km from the hotel (just along the coast).
