I thought I was visiting a church shrine, but it was an interesting glimpse on how wasteful the Marcos era truely was for the Philippines. The place must have been magnificant in the early 80's, but now it is a faded echo of what was.
This is the home area of the former first lady and it shows, the people still view her with respect.
Well worth a visit for the history.
