Irene and her family make us feel so welcome each time we visit. From the moment she greets you at the airport, settling you in to your rooms and helping with pretty much anything!!

Would recommend Paolas town apts.

It is a bit of walk into town (15 mins) but the exercise does us all good :-)

Thank you Irene for a wonderful stay xxx

Really loved our time here. It's run by Irene and her family. Very friendly genuinely lovely people. Extremely helpful! The place is perfect for a group of friends or couples. All the apartments are different sizes. It's at the top of the town which is annoying but anywhere we saw in the town didnt look nearly as nice! It's only. 5minute walk anyway! So clean, fresh linen every day, aircon, beautiful view over the town and a gorgeous pool. Starbucks across the road, cheap fruit shop and market! Beside the bus stop to the beaches. They organised quads for us too which are the best way of seeing the island!

We stayed at Paolas Town during a few days in July 2012. The hotel had been recommened to us by some friends who use to stay there very year. At the arrival at the port, Irene and his husband were there to welcome us and to accompany us by car to the hotel. We were reccommended some places and the roads to use to go to the town and the beaches. The hotel is situated at about 15 min. walking/2min by scooter form Mykonos town. At our arrival at the hotel, Irene's father arranged everything for us in order to rent a scooter immediately. The rooms, decorated in a modern and Mykonian style, are comfortable bright and spacious, with TV, private balcony and a little kitchen. There is a swimming-pool at the hotel. A pharmacy, a doctor, a Starbucks, a supermarket, a petrol station and restaurants are situated at a walking distance from the hotel. I would recoomend the restaurant Maza Kapsa, near the bakery and the petrol station where Maya will attend you perfectly. At the end of our staying, Irene's mother accompanied us to the port. We only can and must recommend these apartments and we will definitely book again at Paolas Town if one day we are back in Mykonos. Special thanks and greetings to Irene's family.

Because we knew that Mykonos can be quite pricey we wanted to find a good self catering spot, that was also well-located to get around. This place was great. We had a huge air-conditioned room, a few steps from the pool, with a lovely veranda where we ate dinner each evening. The apartments are up quite a steep hill, but buses do regularly go and there's a fantastic shop / fresh fruit and veg place just up the road. It's also in a good spot if you're looking to go to Paradise beach as well as centre of town / harbour. Its so close that the taxis are cheap, if you don't fancy the uphill walk after an evening out. Would totally recommend it.

This hôtel is sooooo cute :-) Paola, the owner and her family were Just So kind !!! We had a perfect room and So clean! The cleaning girls were there every day! The hôtel is near the center, you can easy walk but we prefered to rent a scooter for 10 days (140 euros) sometines the street is a bit noisy but i swear its not that much and you really dont care when you are on vacation!!! I Will really keep a great souvenir of these hollidays and persons i have met with my boyfriend at paolas Town !! NeXT year we ll be back for sure!! A big hug to all your sweet family Paola! See you NeXT year!

Stayed here twice now and really enjoy the friendly welcome and varied mix of people who stay here. both time we stayed here it had a good mix of young and old, gay and straight , english and other nationalities.
The location was perfect for us we wanted to be just outside the town but within walking distance. The studios are at the top of quite a steep hill but provide great views.
The rooms were basic but clean and provided everything we needed.
We are staying here again in July and really looking forward to it.
The only down side is that no uk travel agents currently have this place on their books so we have had to contact paolas directly through their website to book, although they have been very helpful and the booking was easy.
Overall an excellent , friendly , basic accomodation at an affordable price

I couldn't believe reading some reviews trashing this lovely place.
We got off the boat on Mykons harbor and soon enough were aproached by Paola herself. She is a lovely lady with a very strong accent that showed us the stunning brochure of the hotel and gave us a price of only 40 euros per night, for a room with a private balcony! Well, mind you this was in october, when the prices go down by half or more than half. We decided to go check it out and it really payed off! The room was very clean, totally quiet and very comfy. Great beds, good shower... From the hotel we drove our bike all over the island and it's very conveniently located since it's close to downtown (where you wanna go at night) and next to a main intersection that takes you anywhere else on the island. The breakfast was pretty good, not more that that, but, over all, it was a great option.
I would (will!) definetly go back. Only thing, next time, I'm spending more time on the Island. PARADISE!!! I'm attaching a picture of our cheese and wine on our private terrace. Cheers.
Celso
