Grabbed from the bus stand by one of the young men who represents this guest house. First room I was shown was very dirty and smelly; the second room, with view over the plains below Fatehpur Sikri, was acceptable though the bed linen was not as clean as it could have been.
However; perpetual power cuts (no generator), having to eat at hours chosen by the proprietor rather than myself (likely due to power cuts, too), and lack of advertised hot water, plus the nasty experience on leaving of having to go all the way to the market to get change (and I was only trying to change a 100 rupee note, not 1,000) plus staff touting for tips and claiming the owner didn't pay them.
I visited the Goverdhan later to see the rooms and meet staff and would definitely stay there next time - rooms are avaiilable at the same price as Sunset, whatever the Sunset touts say, and while it's by the bus stand and doesn't have the view, its courtyard is relatively quiet and the rooms are much cleaner. Plus they have TWO generators :-)
