We stayed at Le Relais des Cimes for 3 nights, and had 2 connecting rooms in the Creole building over the road from the main part of the hotel. Both our rooms were a good size, and had been very recently renovated. The bathrooms were particularly great, including possibly the best shower I've ever had. There is free Wi-Fi in the reception and restaurant area.
The rooms are fairly sparse in furnishings, with a desk and one chair, bedside tables and a luggage rack. The furnishings themselves were excellent though – a distressed, French look to them that really fit in with the Creole building.
The staff were excellent – very welcoming and friendly - and spoke a bit of English. The restaurant serves a continental breakfast, which we enjoyed, and has a wide-ranging, reasonably priced dinner menu. We stayed at Hell-Bourg for three nights, and our dinner at Relais des Cimes was the best dinner we had in the town during our stay.
The hotel is in a great spot - on the main street of Hell-Bourg - plenty of restaurants and cafes in withing walking distance.
Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we were really happy with the quality of the rooms, which are good value for the price. If you're lucky you'll get a room with a view of the surrounding mountains. The only minor quibbles we had were that there is only on-street parking, and it can be hard to get a park close to the hotel, meaning you may have to drag your bags down the main street of Hell-Bourg, and also that there was no bar fridge in the rooms.
